Exhibitor packages
Exhibition stands will be situated in a area common to all participants. Morning and afternoon coffee breaks as well as lunches will allow delegates and exhibitors to network and discuss in the exhibition area.
Stands may be set-up on Wednesday 18 June from 17h30 onwards. Stands may be dismantled at Conference ending- Friday 20 June at 4:00 pm.
Marketing
Exhibitor information will be also posted on the Conference website as soon as it is received. Should your display or exhibit require unusual space or layout, we would welcome discussions to try to meet your needs.
Exhibition booking and payment
Early booking is essential as exhibition space is limited and a preferential “Early Bird” rate is available until May 1st. Upon receipt of the registration form and payment, an exhibition space will be allocated. Exhibitor stands will be allocated strictly in the order of receipt of booking and payment (Sponsors choose their stand according to their sponsorship level).

All stands include:
- Name sign: Company name + stand number in standard type
- Lighting: 1 Spot per 3sqm
- Electricity: 1 220V socket per unit
- Basic furniture: table and 2 chairs
- Wireless Broadband Internet access (Wifi)
- Online visibility (logo, name, contact info and link)
- Access to the exhibition area, coffee breaks and lunch for 2 people
- Discounted entry to the conference
