In preparation for the Conference and for post-conference activities, we shall be building a knowledge-base of  initiatives concerned with the developemnt and recogniton of key competencies and welcome your contibutions. These may range from local to international initiatives. For example, we should be pleased to receive information about  transnational projects financed by the European Commission.
