About our company

Knowmore is a softwarecompany specializing in improving user performance on the job. Our products and services focus on change management (training, communication and user support) and knowledge management (preservation and sharing critical knowledge).

Founded in 2001, Knowmore has experienced fast growth ever since, leading to the acquisition of Sharing Knowledge company in 2007. Knowmore has been awarded the “Innovative Start-Up Award” by the French Ministry of Research & Education in 2003.

Products

K-Meleon Training Suite is a software solution dedicated to provide training material for enterprise software, including realistic simulation, fine-grained assessment and LMS/SCORM compatibility.

K-Now Performance Support Software provides user with just-in-time assistance on the job, by observing their actions on a live enterprise software.

SK2 Knowledge Repository facilitate knowledge sharing by structuring tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge in the form of cohesive knowledge assets. SK2 features security, ease-of-use, workflow management and is highly customizable to preserve, store and share domain-specific knowledge.

Consulting

IT Change Management is a field where many competencies are needed since technical, organizational and social aspects are often intertwined. Our 20-year expertise in such projects helps our clients design the whole change management framework including training, communication and user support.
