Since 2002, HR Valley has designed more than 50 E-learning projects. To go further and become a primary actor in multi-learning consulting, in 2007 HR valley created a department dedicated to the realization of training, information and communication modules via new Web and Multimedia technologies. This was the birth of “E-learning by HR Valley”: an original blend of operational consulting expertise, pedagogical methodology and creativity. A part of HR Valley, our clients benefit from the complementarity of our activities by offering them the expertise of our multicultural teams and experienced consultants.

 

HR Valley’s E-learning products, custom-designed and implemented on various off and/or on-line supports (website, intranet, LMS…), concern 5 major training fields: Products, Professions and Sales Performance (new product launch, sales practices, interactive product catalogues), Profession Process (knowledge and know-how techniques, profession skills/tasks), Software (implementation of a new IT tool), Management (project management, change accompaniment, crisis management, team leading) and Human Resources (evaluation interview, recruitment, talent and potential development). HR Valley also designs interactive applications such as pedagogical games (quizzes, simulations, serious games…) and training films.
