such as RSS extensions for recruiting, may be important targets for HR-XML
standardization.

additional attention to the issue of credential fraud. How might enterprises
reasonably manage this challenge globally? In this session, Terry Corley, Global
Screening Solutions, Inc., will exami ne how enterprises might protect themselves
against employee and candidate fraud without running afoul of an increasingly
complex web of data privacy protections in Europe, North America, and beyond.

take hold in Europe. Mikael Lindmark of Fieldglass, EMEA will describe the
benefits that a tool such as Fieldglass brings to the delivery of a VMS program,
highlighting functionality available to all the players in the program (buyer,
supplier, program provider). Gail Bubsey of Kelly Services, WHQ will discuss
where VMS falls within the overall HR-MXL SIDES framework and the plans
and challenges for its implementation on a global basis. Both will highlight the
opportunities and challenges of implementing these types of programs across
multiple jurisdictions.
