Exhibitor packages
The Exhibition plays an integral part in the conference. Exhibition stands will be situated within the main Hall. Morning and afternoon coffee breaks as well as lunches will allow delegates and exhibitors to network and discuss in the exhibition area.

Concordia offers excellent facilities for providing maximum visibility to your services, solutions and products.
Exhibition hours
The exhibition lasts 2 days. Stands may be set-up on Monday 5 May from 17:30 am onwards. Stands may be dismantled at Conference ending- Wednesday 7 May at 4:00 pm.
Marketing
An Exhibitor Directory will be included in the conference satchel detailing exhibitors' contact details, brief company profile and company logo. Exhibitor information will be also posted on the Conference website as soon as it is received. Should your display or exhibit require unusual space or layout, we would welcome discussions to try to meet your needs.
Exhibition booking and payment
Upon receipt of the registration form and payment, an exhibition space will be allocated. Exhibitor stands will be allocated strictly in the order of receipt of booking and payment (Sponsors choose their stand according to their sponsorship level).

All stands include:- Name sign: Company name + stand number in standard type.
- Lighting: 1 Spot per 3 sqm. (incl.cluding main connection and consumption electricity )
- Electricity: 1 double 1 kw/220V Wall socket per unit

- Wireless Broadband Internet access (Wifi)
