Exhibition space

MECC offers professional facilities for exhibiting your services, solutions and products. Situated on two levels, the exhibition will provide maximum visibility to your services, solutions and products.

Exhibition hours

This year's exhibition lasts 3 days. Stands may be set-up on Wednesday October 22 from 7:30 am onwards. Stands may be dismantled at Conference ending- Friday October 24 at  4:00 pm.

Marketing

An Exhibitor Directory will be included in the conference satchel detailing exhibitors' contact details, brief company profile and company logo. Exhibitor information will be also posted on the Conference website as soon as it is received. Should your display or exhibit require unusual space or layout, we would welcome discussions to try to meet your needs.

Exhibition booking and payment

Early booking is essential as exhibition space is limited and a preferential “Early Bird” rate is available until July 15.  Upon receipt of the registration form and payment, an exhibition space will be allocated. Exhibitor stands will be allocated strictly in the order of receipt of booking and payment (Sponsors choose their stand according to their sponsorship level).

Exhibition packages

• Fascia 30cm: Plasticized chipboard, white
• Floor tiles: tiles, 50 x 50cms
  
• Lighting: 1 Spot per 3sqm.
  
• Electricity: 1 double 1 kw/220V Wall socket per unit
  
• Name sign: Company name + stand number in standard type.
• Basic furniture: table and 2 chairs - 1 table, table-leaf white (art.nr. 311) 2 chair, black (art.nr. 100)
  
• Wireless Broadband Internet access (Wifi)
• Online visibility (logo, name, contact info and link)
• Access to the exhibition area, coffee breaks and lunch for 2 people
• Discounted entry to the conference
