Social Dinner

Join us at the Oxford Centre for the Social Dinner on the evening of Thursday October 12th, 2006.

Starting at 8pm, the evening will include a drink, full three course meal and plenty of entertainment and dancing.

The Mad Hatter's Ceilidh Extravaganza will make sure we're all fully entertained and happily dancing well into the night!

See the MENU BELOW, the menu options have been chosen to meet, as best possible, the nutritional requirements (vegetarians etc) and tastes of the participants.

STARTERS:

WARM STARTERS:

Anti Pasta with Italian Meats and Mediterranean Vegetables

Or

COLD STARTERS: 

Tomato, Basil and Feta Cheese Gallette on a Bed of Mixed  Leaves

MAIN COURSES:

Roast Seabass, filled with Herbs, served on Stir-Fried Pak Choi and Roasted Peppers in a Teriyaki Sauce

Or

Fillet of Chicken en Croute, filled with Sun-Dried Tomato and Herbs, on a Saffron Sauce, served with Seasonal Vegetables and Potatoes


FOR VEGETARIANS:

Aubergine, Goat’s Cheese and Roasted Pepper Gateau on a Tomato Sauce, served with Seasonal Vegetables and Potatoes






 

DESSERTS:  

Fresh Raspberries, laced with Cointreau and Cream, served with a Brandy Snap Biscuit
