Deadline, notification and registration
In order to be included in the programme and have their contributions published, authors must be registered and have paid their conference fees (see fees on registration page) at the time of receipt of camera ready contributions.
Practitioner track (case studies, work in progress and posters) and academic track (full and short paper submissions)
- 15 July 2007 – Deadline for receipt of proposals of presentations (up to 1500 words – use the "abstract" field of the submission form on the conference management portal)
- 30 August 2007 – Notification of acceptance to authors
- 15 September 2007 – Author registration deadline
- 15 September 2007 – Deadline for receipt of presentations for inclusion in the conference papers.
IMPORTANT: Should presenters require an invitation letter in order to arrange funding please notify the Conference Secretariat and this will be forwarded immediately either by e-mail or fax.
